Insect Invasion is a small family business. We only collect what we need to give you a quote and do the work, and we don't sell or share it.
What we collect
When you contact us or request a quote, we collect only the details you give us — your name, your phone number, your email if you choose to include it, and whatever you tell us about the problem. That's it.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange and carry out a treatment, and keep in touch about your service. We don't use it for anything else.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties for marketing. We may use trusted services (such as email) to receive and reply to your enquiry.
Facebook on our website
Our home page shows our Facebook posts using Facebook's own page plugin. That means Facebook may set cookies in your browser and know you visited this page, the same as on any site with a Facebook feed. We don't receive any personal information from it, and you don't need a Facebook account to use our site.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only keep it for as long as we need it to look after you as a customer.
