Privacy Policy
We're a small family business, and we keep this simple: we only collect the details you send us, and we only use them to get back to you.
What we collect
When you use the free-quote form on this site, you give us:
- your name, email address and phone number
- your business name, if you add one for a commercial job
- the pests you select and anything you write in your message
If you phone or email us directly, we'll have whatever details you share with us then, like your address when we book a visit.
How we use it
Form submissions are delivered by email to Insect Invasion so Garry or Josh can get back to you about your quote — that's it. Delivery is handled by FormSubmit, a form-to-email service, and a copy also goes to JB Digital, who manage this website for us. We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out visits, and keep in touch about work you've booked.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for marketing.
Fonts
This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those font files from Google's servers when the page loads. We don't run any analytics or tracking tools on this site.
